- Maintain and develop a computerised customer and prospect database.
- Respond to and follow up sales enquiries by email, calls, and personal visits.
- Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information.
- Carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys.
- Manage the external marketing agency activities of telemarketing and research.
- Ensure that the sales target set has been achieved.
- Maintain and develop relations with prospective customers through meetings, phone calls and emails to get new business
- Follow-up with existing customers
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist the Manager in achieving Sales targets
- Enable enterprises to adopt a cloud model that addresses their unique business challenges.
- Identify new markets and business opportunities.
- Update MIS periodically
- Prepare weekly /monthly progress reports
- Maintain all the records as per the requirement
