Introducing our latest Employee Corner feature, Poojitha Survi! Working as a functional consultant, Poojitha communicates with clients to assess their needs, provide advice, and implement solutions tailored to their needs. She is also involved in a NetSuite training program for new employees and thoroughly enjoys this rewarding experience. Throughout her 3.5 years at Tvarana, she has gained a deep understanding of NetSuite through various projects. She is currently working on an exciting project with a client to better understand their business and optimize their operations.
Poojitha began working at Tvarana immediately after graduation, through a campus placement program. Working in this role has been very impactful and has given her the confidence to express herself more freely. As an introvert, she used to have some difficulty communicating with others, however interacting with her colleagues and clients has helped her overcome this. She draws inspiration from many different sources and is motivated by her friends, family, and others who have had a positive impact on her life. She believes every person has their own unique qualities that can be learned from.
While it would be amazing to travel anywhere in the world, Poojitha believes home is the happiest place at the end of the day. She has many fond memories from her childhood home and shares that thinking about every moment brings a smile to her face, regardless of where she went or what she did. Each memory here is special to Poojitha, whether it’s walking to school, enjoying summer vacations, or visiting her grandma’s house. However, her favorite is when she would watch Hindi serials with her sister at night and sing the title songs together.
Poojitha has always been fascinated by riddles, puzzles, and mazes, and enjoys trying out the tricky activities and questions from the Sunday book every week. She is also a huge fan of the Jurassic Park and Jurassic World trilogies and has lost count of the number of times she has watched them! In addition to these films, she enjoys Godavari, Harry Potter, and Marvel, and is currently watching The Lord of the Rings collection.
