Sales campaigns in NetSuite empower retail sales teams to engage customers through targeted email campaigns, track responses, and measure interest. By analyzing response reports—showing which recipients opened emails or clicked links—sales reps can identify warm leads and prioritize follow-ups to drive more conversions.
However, NetSuite tracks responses only for links directing to its own pages, not third-party sites. Sales campaigns can be sent to customers, contacts, and other records based on the rep’s access level.
Granting Access to Sales Campaigns
To enable sales campaigns, an administrator must activate the Sales Campaigns feature at Setup > Company > Enable Features > CRM. This grants standard sales roles (Sales Person, Sales Manager, Sales Administrator) access to:
