Meet Rose Crum, an Account Executive at Tvarana, who specializes in optimizing NetSuite environments for clients by providing tailored solutions and dedicated support. She works closely with the sales team to ensure that the company services align with client needs and effectively communicate the company’s value.
One of Rose’s current projects involves implementing Portals Pro, a self-service platform for clients, vendors, and employees built on NetSuite. This role requires a strong understanding of business practices and collaboration with the development team to deliver effective solutions. She is also working on Ripley’s Believe It or Not’s Inventory Count implementation, which is particularly special to her due to her childhood memories of visiting their amusement park.
Before joining Tvarana, Rose spent a year and a half in technology sales, where she developed a passion for how technology can improve business processes. Her previous experience includes selling both software and hardware, but she was eager to focus on specialized software. She met the company CEO, Kishore Bojja, at a university event, which led to her current position.
Rose values the opportunity to deepen her knowledge of ERP systems at Tvarana. Outside of work, she is dedicated to community service, volunteering with children of all abilities on weekends. This involvement is a significant part of her life and brings her a great sense of fulfillment.
Rose is inspired by the women in her life, particularly her mother, who built a successful life in the USA after moving from Mexico City, and her sister, who has grown a cake business rapidly. These influences have played a key role in shaping her approach to work and life.
Her career in technology began at a local IT company during high school, a formative experience that taught her the importance of asking questions and staying organized. In her downtime, Rose enjoys the movie "Bohemian Rhapsody," is a fan of Queen, and considers New York City her favorite place. She also has fond memories of seeing Celine Dion in concert.
