In this month’s employee corner blog, meet Jyothi, who is currently a NetSuite consultant and works as a SuiteCommerce developer at Tvarana. In her role, she is typically responsible for building website customizations based on client requirements. She also recently had the opportunity to work on a portal that allows users to renew their licenses. The whole project was quite challenging but exciting, and overall, a great learning experience.

Jyothi was first introduced to Tvarana because it was one of the first companies to come to her college. After going through multiple rounds of the placement process, she was delighted to find that she was selected for a position. She still recalls the excitement of letting her parents know that she would be working at Tvarana. Initially, she joined as an intern for 3 months and then continued to work as a full-time employee.

Working at Tvarana has given Jyothi the chance to apply what she has learned during undergrad to the real world. Every challenge she has faced along the way has taught her how to handle tough situations and better meet client expectations. During her time at the company, she has been able to learn new, exciting technologies and boost her confidence through her accomplishments. Her driven attitude comes from her father, who she says is her biggest inspiration! He has taught her to never give up and be strong in all situations.

Outside of work, Jyothi loves playing badminton, cycling, and going on adventures. She also enjoys spending time with her family and remembers many fond memories with them from her childhood. She especially enjoyed visiting her relatives’ houses every summer and playing with her cousins. As an avid cricket fan, Jyothi also used to watch the whole world cup series with her family and still watches the latest matches on TV.

Her family has celebrated many festivals together and has continued these traditions through the years. “Ganesh Chaturthi” is one of her favorites as her family brings Lord Ganesha’s Idol to their house and offers prayers for 9 days. Jyothi is also a self-described dendrophile and finds joy in nature. She loves to watch sunsets on the beach, and hopes to travel to Kerala, India next!

We can’t wait to see what Jyothi accomplishes during her time at Tvarana! If you’d like to learn more about our wonderful team, check out some of our past employee corner blogs below:
