Thrimurthulu’s role involves problem-solving, coding, and collaborating closely with clients to achieve successful outcomes.
Currently, he is working on a project for BGR Group, focusing on enhancing their inventory management system through NetSuite customizations. By automating key processes and refining workflows with SuiteScript, he is delivering solutions that address the client’s specific needs.
Thrimurthulu’s passion for coding began during his diploma days, with support from his brother during his graduation, helping him master several coding languages. Being hired by Tvarana marked a significant milestone in his career, providing opportunities for growth and challenging projects in a nurturing environment.
Tvarana has played a key role in his professional development, helping him enhance his problem-solving skills and deepen his expertise in inventory management. The collaborative nature of the company has also allowed him to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
One of his fondest memories from childhood is coding alongside his brother on their family computer. These moments sparked his love for programming and have continued to inspire his career path, blending creativity with technology.
Thrimurthulu finds inspiration in the intersection of creativity and technology, particularly in software development. He enjoys turning ideas into real-world solutions through coding, whether building applications or automating processes. This continuous pursuit of learning and tackling new challenges fuels his passion for the tech space.
In his career, he is motivated by his brother Siva and colleagues like Naveena, Mithula, and Manju, whose determination pushes him forward. His close friends, whom he affectionately refers to as “the 3 monkeys” (Goutham, Lavanya, and Saibabu), provide balance and remind him of the importance of friendship and collaboration.
A defining moment in his life was being hired by Tvarana, which opened the door to working on diverse and challenging projects. It taught him the value of adaptability and continuous learning, while also reinforcing the power of collaboration and different perspectives in finding innovative solutions.
Thrimurthulu also enjoys movies like Mission Mangal, which highlights teamwork and innovation, 3 Idiots, which celebrates following one’s passion, and the Avengers series, which captivates with its action and compelling characters. These films inspire him with their themes of teamwork, creativity, and perseverance.
