It empowers you to effortlessly maintain accuracy in your NetSuite and variance quantities during inventory counts. This means you no longer have to navigate through complex, time-consuming recalculations manually. Here’s how it works:

  • To enable the auto recalculate feature, set it up in your NetSuite account by checking the auto recalculate check box.
  • When the auto recalculate checkbox is checked, the feature will automatically recalculate the NetSuite quantity and variance quantity.

To start, navigate to the Inventory Count screen.

Here, you will be able to view all the inventory details.

  1. When the auto-recalculate checkbox is enabled, and any transaction such as bin transfer, inventory transfer, item receipt, or item fulfillment are created, the NetSuite and variance quantities will automatically be updated to reflect the most current and accurate figure.
  2. The NetSuite and variance quantity will also be updated accordingly if you click on the Filter button in the Inventory count screen.
